Distillerie Valdoglio can deservedly boast of having obtained the certification for the bottling of IGP limoncino outside the production area issued by the consortium for the protection of Sorrento IGP lemons. Limoncello PGI is undoubtedly one of the most famous and widespread food and wine products of the Sorrento peninsula, ideal to be enjoyed as a digestif after meals but also used to wet desserts.
It is a sweet liqueur obtained from the maceration in alcohol of the Sorrento IGP lemon peels.
